is a technology which supports traditional auctions, but adds capabilities such
as the following:
-- the listing entity to set a ceiling price at which it will accept an instant transaction.
-- real-time change in the instant-transaction price is supported. In a sales situation, a declining price encourages buyers to bid, and will attract speculative bidders.
-- dynamic resetting of the instant sales price depending upon the bidding pattern is possible.
